Replacement parts

Important update (as of February 29th, 2024)

The Lookout web shop has been closed since June 2023. As a result, we no longer have stock available to source replacement parts from, so we can no longer offer a spare parts service.
International customers, please use the replacement part service of the respective publisher in your country (see below). If your country isn't listed (yet), please refer to your point of purchase for a replacement of your copy.

  • Australia: Please refer to your point of purchase. If they can't help, you can contact support@vrdistribution.com.au. However, please be aware that this contact is a general support address and really only to be used if your seller can't help with a replacement, refund, etc.
  • Canada: Please check their FAQ page for information on how to proceed with replacement requests. In case that the FAQ doesn't provide the information needed, you can contact csr@asmodee.com.
  • Chile: You can create an account with their Customer Service System or contact postventa@asmodee.com.
  • Czechia: Please refer to your point of purchase or start contact using the chat at https://www.hraj.cz . If they can't help, you can contact reklamace@blackfire.cz.
  • France: Please use the form on their Service après-vente page.
  • Italy: Please use the form on their Contatti page and select "Richiesta parti mancanti/difettose" under "Argomento". Additionally, please provide photos of the purchase receipt, back of the game box and the defective parts. For more information, you can visit their FAQ .
  • Netherlands: We have two major distribution partners in the Netherlands:
  • New Zealand: Please refer to your point of purchase. If they can't help, you can contact support@vrdistribution.com.au. However, please be aware that this contact is a general support address and really only to be used if your seller can't help with a replacement, refund, etc.
